2. Restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
3. All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account.

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If you are banned for violating our terms, you forfeit any remaining subscription time without refund.
• Currency: All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Content

The design, code, graphics, and interface of Daddy Sugar are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

B. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. However, by posting content, you grant Daddy Sugar a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service (e.g., showing your profile to potential matches).

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation: In no event shall Daddy Sugar, its affiliates, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Service during the term of membership.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daddy Sugar and its officers, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use.
